New York Bay Capital is a New York-based boutique cross-border investment banking firm experienced in providing financial advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions and capital raising initiatives primarily for foreign clients. The Firm was established in 2015 to serve the growing demand for independent, partner-level advice by clients based outside the United States participating in the growing cross-border economy.

The Firm collaborates with financial affiliates, other partner firms and a number of specialized industry experts to assist companies, from diverse industries, in structuring and financing transactions to achieve their overall corporate goals and financial objectives. We also serve as a source of high-quality international deal flow for institutional investors.

New York Bay Capital has the distinction of serving as a consultant for Latin America for one of the world's leading M&A advisory firms: Perella Weinberg Partners. Two other firms with which we have agreements are Brean Capital, which specializes in identifying financing for emerging markets transactions, and Weild & Co., a FINRA-registered broker-dealer through which all of our securities transactions in the USA are carried out. Additionally, we have two resource-sharing agreements: Violy & Company in New York City and R Squared – Responsible Research in Mexico City.

We are a member of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the Andean-American Associations (covering Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Colombia), and the Argentine-US Chamber of Commerce.
