Pam Zeug

Pamela Zeug is the founder and President of The Downing Group, Inc., an executive search firm based in New York City. She specializes in the recruitment of professionals in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Corporate Development in both the US and Latin America. She has thirty years of experience consulting to both large global institutions and small funds/M&A boutiques to assess, recruit, and hire top talent. In addition to her search practice, she also enjoys providing executive coaching on career advancement and skill development. Ms. Zeug graduated from Duke University in Durham, NC and received a BA degree in Political Science.
